Northeast Georgia is home to owner/broker Tom Coley who attended Athens High School and the University of Georgia, majoring in real estate and legal studies in the College of Business Administration.    He has over 25 years experience in the the land and investment properties field having operated in the real estate and development arena in North Georgia/ Metro Atlanta until moving to the Lake Hartwell area in 1999.  Keeping abreast of this ever changing and dynamic industry is an integral part of his success.

Coley is a vital part of the north Georgia community, having served as

• President of the United Methodist Men's Fellowship
• Chairperson for the Athens Area walk to Emmaus Board of Directors
• Board member for the Heart Haven Shelter for Battered Women
• President of the Hartwell Rotary Club.
